There is some minor scuffing on the clock face which is really not noticeable when the clock is on. For convenience, when daylight saving time occurs in the spring and fall each year, the clock will automatically make the proper time adjustments. Simply press the repeat alarm button, and it will ring again nine minutes later. Wake to radio or buzzer to start the day on time.

Back up battery is not included. The radio will play for the selected duration and then automatically switch to a power efficient stand by mode. Snooze function and sleep timer the clock radio includes a snooze feature to help prevent over sleeping.
