This extremely rare CAT MB 08 from the 1980was mostly marketed and sold in Europe South America, primarily Italy Brazil, not a well known brand or even heard of North America. I only have one unit on hand. This unit is fully functional and works great on all bands AM MW FM Shortwave.

The CAT MB 08 is a sensitive, TRUE ANALOG radio, without any modern day DSP Digital Signal Processing nonsense. Three red LED indicators FM, MW/SW and On. Tuning via tuning knob is smooth.

The radio cabinet is in very good condition with minimal wear. The battery compartment is super clean, with no corrosion and past leakage. This is how radio was meant to be. Operates with 2 AA batteries not included or negative DC 3V AC adapter included.
