I'm not sure if the front buttons work. For sale is a Jensen public alert receiver. There did seem to be some scratchiness in the speaker even with a good signal. Otherwise the scan, volume, and everything else works.
No battery included. Gets fm radio and weather band. Not sure how the alert weather test siren buttons operate. Again neither are included.
Casing has some light marks stains but nothing major. Takes a 9v battery or can use 12v adapter. Tested and works.
